Senior Frontend Developer
We're looking for a Senior Frontend Developer who cares deeply about the craft of building interfaces. Not just making things work — making them feel right. You'll work directly on client-facing products and internal platforms, owning frontend architecture decisions end to end.
Architect and build high-performance frontend systems for client projects
Establish component systems, design tokens, and frontend standards across the team
Collaborate directly with designers and backend engineers with no middle layers
Contribute to technical decision-making on every engagement you're part of
Own the quality of everything that ships under your name
Deep experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript in production environments
Strong sense of design — you don't just implement specs, you improve them
Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar)
Comfort working asynchronously across distributed teams
Someone who reads other people's code for fun sometimes
