Product Designer
Design at Verensoft is a systems discipline. We're not looking for someone who makes things pretty — we're looking for someone who makes things work better and happen to be beautiful. You'll own design end to end on engagements, from discovery through handoff.
Lead design on client engagements from discovery to production
Build and maintain design systems that engineers can actually use
Work directly with clients — not behind a PM layer
Push back on requirements when the design problem is being solved wrong
Own the motion and interaction layer, not just static comps
Deep Figma expertise and a strong portfolio of shipped product work
Understanding of frontend constraints — you've worked closely with engineers
Opinionated about typography, spacing, and the details that most people skip
Comfortable with ambiguity and scoping design work yourself
Someone who gets uncomfortable when design is just decoration
